Why should you massage your baby?

Bonding - Nurturing touch creates and deepens the bond between parent and child.

Communication - Parents who massage their babies report an increase in confidence when it comes to reading their babies' cues.

Digestion - Prevent gas and constipation while helping  baby grow to her maximum potential.

Sleep - Proper digestion, relaxation, routine and feelings of security allow baby to build better sleep habits.

Stress Relief - Parents who massage their baby tell us that the experience relaxes them as well.
